This study aims at identifying the tools necessary for COVID-19 health emergency management, with particular reference to the period following the first lockdown, a crucial phase in which it was important to favor the maintenance of protective behaviors. It also aims at identifying the messages and sources that were most effective in managing communication correctly in such a crucial phase that is likely characterized by a fall in perceived health risk (due to the flattening of the epidemic curve) and a (...) simultaneous rise in perceived economic and social risks (due to the enduring calamity). Knowing what source will be most effective to convey a specific message is fundamental in enabling individuals to focus on and comply with the rules. At the same time, it is necessary to understand how the message should be presented, and the relationships between messages, sources and targets. To meet these goals, data were collected through a self-administered online questionnaire submitted to a sample of undergraduate students from a University in Lombardy–the region most affected by the pandemic in the first wave- (Study 1), and to a national sample composed of Italian citizens (Study 2). Through our first manipulation which explored the effectiveness of social norms in relation to different sources, we found that, in the national sample, the injunctive norm conveyed by the government was the most effective in promoting behavioral intentions. By contrast, among the students, results showed that for the critical group with a lower risk perception (less inclined to adopt prevention behavior) descriptive norms, which implicitly convey the risk perception of peers, were as effective as the government injunctive norm. Our second manipulation, identical in Study 1 and 2, compared four types of communication (emotional, exponential growth, both of them, or neutral). The neutral condition was the most memorable, but no condition was more effective than the others. Across all message types there was a high intention to adopt protective behaviors. We present several results relating the general theory of the stationary tower forcing developed by Woodin with forcing axioms. Une source épigraphique méconnue fournit d'utiles renseignements sur la diplomatie de Délos : les inscriptions financières font connaître 32 honneurs coûteux, couronnes d'or, statues et dôréai, décernées par la cité à des États et à de grands personnages, rois et (tardivement) commandants romains. Les Déliens, qui consacraient à ces honneurs un budget régulier et assez élevé (environ 4 000 drachmes par an), favorisaient ainsi un évergétisme royal de grande ampleur, avec comme principaux protecteurs les Antigonides et les Attalides. Les résultats (...) donnés par cette série ont été confrontés à ceux que procurent les décrets gravés. La typologie permet d'établir que seuls peuvent être utilisés pour l'analyse historique les textes dont l'objectif politique est indiscutable (ceux qui mettent en cause Rome et Rhodes). Les objectifs constants de la diplomatie délienne, souci de sécurité et désir d'évergétisme, apparaissent nettement, bien que l'analyse de la conjoncture n'apporte que des gains de détail, notamment sur les relations avec les Séleucides à la veille de leur guerre avec Rome et sur les circonstances de l'amicitia obtenue de Rome (probablement en 171). La sanctitas reconnue alors n'était pas une neutralité de forme juridique et contractuelle, mais l'inviolabilité sacrée traditionnelle. Elle permettait le droit d'escale aux escadres, mais les Déliens s'efforçaient d'empêcher que l'île, tout en étant elle-même préservée, servît de base d'opérations : ils réussirent en 190 avec les Rhodiens, mais non en 168 avec les Romains et les Séleucides. The works of the Anglo-Indian artist Anish Kapoor challenge the intangibility of the real and the reality of the objects, the surrounding space, even the spectator himself. They make it appear as an illusion and point to an invisible reality located beyond or beneath, or even at the very heart of the visible. This essay explores the nature of this hidden realm, which the works allow us to see or at least to foresee. It interrogates also the phenomenological mechanisms at (...) play in the works, which induce the spectator into putting the real in doubt, to confront him or herself to the invisible and to name it. The professional learning in assessment of future teachers assumes a double cultural transition that is characterized by the passage of a first evaluation culture (of former pupil or student) to a second evaluation culture (professional) (Nizet, 2013, 2015). In this learning process, these conceptual aspects are essential to support benchmarking of assessment practices (Vial, 2009) as the epistemological status of the knowledge evolves in contact with professional activity. As part of a research on the process of “assessment literacy” (Mertler, (...) 2004, 2009; Willis, Addie & Klenowski, 2013) we wish to understand the evolution of the reconfiguration of professional knowledge during interactions between the future teacher and his in service associate teacher. We present the result of the analysis of exchanges as told by future secondary teachers concerning assessment problems within the classroom, during their traineeship. The analysis highlights the evolution in the value given to knowledge by the future teacher based on credibility, intelligibility and legitimacy criteria. (shrink)

El artículo presenta una visión histórica de la sociedad mapuche y del vínculo “interétnico”; y por otro lado se refiere a los diversos modos de comprensión de “Chile”, para examinar el tema de la existencia o no de una “deuda histórica” con la sociedad mapuche. Remarca que con el advenimiento de la República, los mapuche dejaron de ser vistos como un pueblo o nación y comienzan a ser tratados como chilenos, con lo que se puso fin a la política colonial (...) de los parlamentos. Frente a esto, la sociedad mapuche no logró articular un frente común para encarar el nuevo momento histórico. Agrega que la “Pacificación de la Araucanía” y la “política reduccional” funcionaron no como un proyecto de “inclusión”, sino de “exclusión”. Tras presentar los enfoques de los recientes gobiernos en lo concerniente al tema, y el de los historiadores Gonzalo Vial, Vitale y Pérez, concluye con una propuesta que pasa por separarse de la cultura dominante, y elaborar un política “sensible a las diferencias”.
